Good responsiveness overall but sent a question and got an answer that seemed rote or automated and didn’t really address the question.

So the shipping was a problem, it was not cool when received. Only in transit 2 days and arrived warm. In this hot weather it needed more ice packs. There was no notification on the outside of the package that it contained medication that needed to be refrigerated. Overall the experience was good and the customer service was very helpful.

This was a great experience. The only issue I had was the cost. But it was cheaper than some other sources.

Product is great. I’m concerned about billing. It appears that I’ve been triple billed for my last shipment of GLP-1. Talked to service and they confirm charge on 6-2 and 6-23. But my charge statement shows two additional charges on 6/25 and 6/27 for $497. I will be disputing these with my credit card company.
