Everything was good but the cost is the issue as why I need to cancel. If money is an issue this probably isn't the best thing for you.

Jennifer was awesome! She explained everything so well and answered all my questions. I am not sure if my medication was cold or not. It came in a special pouch, so I just assumed it was good. Been using for a week and no results.

Timeliness in delivery. Tracking information is accurate to expected arrival. Medication is well insulated and cold. Clear and concise instructions and plenty of supplies. I also don’t need a lot of guidance bc I’m a registered nurse. As a healthcare professional I trust ReflexMD and appreciate their attention to delivering a quality product.

My husband and I have researched several companies before deciding on ReflexMD. I was very pleased with my initial call and everything was explained thoroughly. I followed up with a question about the product and response was quick and was also provided a research paper to back up the answer. We will definitely be using ReflexMD!
