This most recent order wasn't packed great, so heads up to your Shipping and Warehouse dept to pack more effectively. In the grand scheme of things, I think that ReflexMD does an overall great job and it's why I've continued to give a 5* Also, the meds they're distributing are highly effective, I've lost almost 20 lbs in 3 months! That said, this order was PACKED: Styrofoam Container, NEXT: Meds were set into the BOTTOM of the Styrofoam container, NEXT, the Gel Pack was placed in the Styrofoam on top of the meds, NEXT, syringes were set on the first Gel Pack, NEXT, another Gel Pack was placed. Do you see the problem here??? The Med's should have been between the two gel packs. It really should go: Styrofoam container, Gel Pack, Medication, Gel Pack, and then place your syringes on top of the second and last Gel Pack. Basically stupid to put your syringes BETWEEN the two Gel Packs. BTW, if you think I don't know what I'm talking about, I own a Biotech Co and we ship Frozen Meds all the time, so I know a thing or two about this process. ReflexMD, talk to your Warehouse and Shipping Dept about doing a better job on how best to pack medications.

Jennifer Reagin has provided great support!!! I am down 22 lbs. I expect to lose 8-10 more which will put me down to where I was in 2012 when I was 50! I am not 50 anymore🙂! I am thrilled! I got started in June & now it is almost the end of August. I take an injection once a week, count calories, log my steps & drink lots of water!! I am using the lose it app on my phone to track those things. I am not hungry & have been satisfied with the weight loss! Once, the weight loss slowed, & Jennifer was quick to make some really helpful suggestions to get me weight loss going again. Weight loss has always been a challenge because I like food! I have been pleased with the progress & enjoyed working with Jennifer & good people at ReFlexMD!
