The product is not working for me, thought I’d lose more than 5lbs in 6 weeks- for the cost it’s not worth it

Medication not working for me

So very very confused. Took the questionnaire and I was told not qualified. Then I kept getting messages saying to finish my input. Same thing, in our my answers told not qualified. I then get a message regarding lab work. Again message to complete. I contacted customer service as I was charged for the product. I was then told I was approved on Jan 8th. I was never contacted by any doctor. I contacted my own doctor and went through her to obtain prescription. Then I get a message that my prescription is being mailed. I contacted customer service explaining. I was told they would cancel the subscription but the prescription was already sent. Bad communications; no consistency. I have no idea who I was working with.

No way to cancel account on web page. They redirect to an email form or phone number. Two emails and 1 phone call have gone unanswered. In addition they are price gouging, taking advantage of a shortage in Semaglutide to overcharge.

I’m taking the meds as directed but don’t feel like it’s working. I sent an email asking about possibly increasing my dose but no response. It says you will have access to ask questions anytime and will get a prompt answer but nothing. Good thing I wasn’t having a real problem since they abandon you once your order is shipped.

Ordered and received about 10 days later. Order well packaged and what I expected. Second order well packaged and what I expected. Third order was late but no big deal until I realized they didn't supply enough medication to cover my prescription. There should have been at least 1.6ml to cover the weekly 0.4ml injection. They only sent a 1ml vial. Previous months were a 2ml vial. Customer service said they tried multiple times to contact me via email. I have no emails from them (not even in junk folder). Customer service was sadly unhelpful and canceled my "subscription" and told me to login to my account to discuss it with the doctor. My account suddenly does not work and no "magic email link" will come through. I would not use this company again.

They provided an extremely low starting dose which is lower than it’s even prescribed. Stating that it’s to ease you into it….this is just money grubbing. Not to mention, they failed to include syringes in the package, so how am I supposed to use this without syringes. What a waste. Do better.
