Response rates are 100% all questions were resolved within 24 hours. I was able to fill out the questionnaire provide my history and get medication processed and out to me in less than 30 days. Text messages emails providing updates were always on time and accurate. Never had an issue supplies came packaged perfectly in great condition. I never had a shortage of dosage not once!!!

This has been a great experience! Everyone is so helpful, I’ve had no issues getting meds and they come packaged well. HIGHLY recommend!! I’ve been using it a few months and have all great experiences. Pricing is better than other places, no hidden fees. My husband now uses it too!

This process with refill.com has been flawless for me. The communication has been great and I really appreciate my 1:1 rep. They have made it possible for me to lose weight (despite this extremely expensive medication) and become much healthier. Blood pressure, blood sugar, headaches have all improved.Thank you!
