Excellent customer service. Although the call was a bit spotty, the agent did her best to manage the call and was able to successful update my card details. Thanks to Refills.com I was able to start my GLP-1 weight loss journey and continue it at a affordable price (no it's not covered by my insurance) The staff are very helpful, friendly and they ALWAYS get back to you. I'm happy there's no crazy membership fees. Just your consultation and the cost of your medication. NO INCREASE COST FOR HIGHER DOSES!!!
