We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

I called and spoke with Selene about getting a better price on my Tirz. It is so competitive these days, so she immediately helped me to reduce what I was paying originally. This prevents me from having to leave Refills.com &switch to another provider. Great service Selene!

Not only was the process fast and easy, they also made the payment options so clear and easy too. I've received support, clear instructions, and access to the doctors through the app with very fast responses. Also, the whole process of application to first shot was only a few days!!! I am SO happy I chose Refills!

When I ordered on line I never thought I would receive a personal call to check in on me. I was impressed that they took the time and walked through the process with me and answer any questions I had. Happy this is the company I went with.

Since I haven't really started yet, I don't have much to go on. The service has been great so far. I only have one complaint and that is trying to get someone on the phone when I call. They have you leave a message, but no one ever calls you back. The support team has been wonderful on the mobile app. Can't wait to see what the future holds with this company
