We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

First I want to say that my experience from the start was great. My call was answered my a human and not AI which made my experience good from the start. The representative (Ronald Duncan) I spoke with was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a billing issue that was resolved very quickly. As well my questions were answered and Ronald went over my questions to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Ronald!

I called in about a billing mistake that was my own fault. Rececca was SO helpful. I didn't feel rushed even though I am not really fast when it comes to forms and computer issues. I am very grateful that I called in. Excellent experience.

Celine went above and beyond for me today! I have been getting the run around t from other people I’ve talked to and waiting for over a week to get this resolved and she did it in a few hours!! I want to thank her for really helping me! I was starting to get beyond frustrated and was going to go with another company because it should never be this hard to get a product. Thank you so much Celine!!
