We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

I haven’t got my shipment yet, so I haven’t started my GLP-1 with refills but I am REALLY looking forward to it. They talk a great game and everything I’ve been looking for they have hit that park. I have been able to communicate with the team as well as my doctor. They make things easy and local to my area. I found such reassurance with them. I will check back in with how this journey plays out.

Ms. Kayla was very nice and helpful to make sure that I was understanding what was going on with the process of my order and she made sure to let me know what I was needing to expect whenever I do receive my package, she told me about my patient portal and how if I had any questions or concerns that I could message my provider for any health concerns or message the support team for billing or technical questions. Overall she was a wonderful nice and a delightful person to talk to.
