Ronald was extremely efficient and helpful…able to quickly and kindly listen to my issue, repeat it back to me so I was comfortable that my issue was completely understood (which I thoroughly appreciated because not enough customer service personnel do that in my opinion)…and made sure the issue was taken care of/fully fixed and that I was satisfied with the results….and during the quiet moments on the phone when the data was updating Ronald was so kind to ask about my day…which really means a lot/that small bit of just normal human interaction…it may not be a big deal to others but I really appreciate things like that…overall, Ronald was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient! 5 stars!

I have been using refills for about 10 months and I have lost about 50 pounds! I feel great ! The customer service from the beginning has been stellar . I had a lot of questions when I began and they were so helpful , patient & knowledgeable. Really put me at ease. The delivery service is great always on time and the product awesome. I could not be happier with the whole experience . Thank you refills !!! I really appreciate your service , product snd price! Your the BEST !

I called and was very angry but the associate on the other end took care of everything I needed. She was great!
