Norman Newman is very patient & thorough explaining my plan. I have a slight glitch and initial shipment was delayed. She clarified all of that for me.

Minnie called to check in with me and explain the process. She was very clear and concise and put me at ease about my decision to use this company. Today I received the product on time. Have not used the product yet but hoping for the best!
