From start to finish, Marcus provided exceptional customer service and made what could have been a frustrating situation feel completely manageable. There was a problem with my billing where I was charged more than double what I paid for my last shipment. The customer service representative Phoenix Lane was very understanding and quickly resolved the issue, credited my account and ensured I would be charged the correct amount going forward. She was both professional and friendly.

Sharon was direct and honest in a kind way. She explained the program clearly so it was easy for me to understand. I don’t enjoy speaking on the phone but Sharon was an exception. I actually prefer phone calls where the agent explains the entire program so I was left with no questions to ask.
