We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad to know you’re pleased with our communication and pricing. We appreciate you choosing Refills.com.
I’ve tried three different suppliers for compounded tirzepatide and Refills has been the best! Some of the other providers have a cult following with rabid fans who will die on the hill that they have the best supplier due to price. As we all know cheap does not always equal good. Refills does not require lab work or face to face consultation. You send a couple (unflattering, lol) photos and answer some basic health questions. The sign up process is extremely quick and easy. I applied and was approved the same day. My medicine shipped the following day. Taylor, the bright and shining face of Refills customer service is extremely responsive every day of the week and seemingly all hours of the night! Refills supplies zero additive tirzepatide if that is a concern of yours. I wholeheartedly believe every glowing review here and I would recommend taking the one stars with a grain of salt. Like most negative reviews I feel they can be written by people who maybe did not do the process correctly on their end. While Refills is not the ‘cheapest’ they are still worth every penny due to not only Taylor but the intuitive intake process as well. Hope this helps someone!

Refills.com was easy, delivery was fast (4 days) from when my order was accepted & it came cold & packaged well. Communication was awesome. Bonus: You can pause refills if needed & no hidden fees for RX or delivery. Highly recommend. Shout out to Taylor for her quick responses to my questions!

Pharmacy they used took 5 days to deliver and packages were a disaster. Customer Service was awesome and have removed that pharmacy from the list and gave us a full refund and are working on a path ahead (also gave us a free month because of the issue). To us we use companies largely based on Customer Service and they will definitely be keeping our business.
