I was surprised by how easy the whole process was. Nothing felt confusing or overwhelming, and any questions I had were answered quickly. It’s made sticking to my weight loss plan a lot easier.

I had a smooth experience with Refills. The sign up process was straightforward, communication was good, and customer support actually got back to me quickly when I had questions. Shipping was fast and everything arrived exactly as described. Overall, I would say it was a good well organized experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking into losing weight.

Online questionnaire was easy, Drs response was fast and I received my meds in 5 days which is what was expected. Updates were great. I hope the quality of the medication is top notch because that's what's most important here.

The process was quick and uncomplicated. I ordered late on a Friday, and received approval on my order the following Thursday. The contents were well packaged and still cold upon receipt.

The updates were a bit excessive, but they did a good job and were very timely with delivery. Product is good and vials were clean.
