RefillRx ConnectReviews of refillrxconnect.com

RefillRx Connect (Melissa is Awesome) has been the one technology partner that delivers when we need them the most ... our most recent example was the quick changes that we needed to implement with our covid vaccinations, and Melissa was very receptive to making the critical adjustments to our website, to reflect our quickly changing needs & services there ... A+ Service!

RefillRx Connect has been great for us! The easy integration, app and the great customer service says it all. Any time I make a request or have a question, I get a fast and accurate response from Janet.

RefillRx just works. The interface is clean, easy to understand for the patient, and customizable. We've been using their service since 2016 without fail. I love that the theme ties into our main hospital site, allows a link to the site, and also just works flawlessly with our pharmacy systems. It's also super affordable, so that's a plus!

RefillRx Connect has always been very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

RefillRx Connect is great! Great customer service with quick replies to requests or questions. My pharmacy website and branded mobile app are hosted through them. Customers may just search for my pharmacy name on Apple App Store or Android Store, and my pharmacy app with my custom logo comes right up.

The best thing about RefillRx Connect is their responsiveness. It's such a relief when you are a busy business owner to know that if you email your web support team you will hear back the same day, often within the same hour. Truly top notch customer service. Wish there were more companies out there that cared like they do. Highly recommend.

Melissa at REFILLRx Connect has been a tremendous partner for our pharmacy over the years. In this day of declining customer service and personalized attention it's refreshing to work with a company that provides a consistent, available, dependable, and knowledgeable team member to support our business needs. The personalized attention and support were a significant factor in our recent decision to expand our services and relationship with RefillRx Connect. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.

We have been with RefillRx Connect for a little over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the service and the team! Our requests are always handled in a timely manner. If there is something they are not sure about or do not have the capability to do, they always look into other solutions for us. You can tell they truly care about their clients and want them to succeed. Melissa and Janet are so great to work with. They are always kind, prompt, and helpful! We are extremely satisfied with their service.
