I had an issue with my hardwire kit, and Redtiger customer service team handled my issue very well and they sent me a brand new hardwire kit. This is the second time that they are helping me out with my issue, I really appreciate them.

bought RedTiger F7NP it's quality is so good. Saved me 2 accidents as well. The best thing is not the dash cam it's the Customer service team Red Tiger I'm thankful to you , you are so kind and very professional. Highly recommend.

I had ordered an F7NP dashcam. It is an easy-to-install, compact and high quality dashcam. It served me well for a couple of years after which I encountered an error where I could not access the cameras (both front and back). Upon reaching out to the customer service, someone promptly guided me through some debugging. When the debugging couldn’t solve my problem, the representative offered me a replacement which was shipped to me within a few days. A big factor towards the 5- star rating is the seriously impressive customer support, probably the best I have worked with in a very long time. Not only was the debugging done in a timely manner, the issue resolution was quick and effective. They even reached out to me to check if I had received the replacement. I’m thoroughly impressed by their service!

My Red Tiger dashcam developed a black screen issue after two years of use, and it was already out of warranty. I contacted Red Tiger customer support, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. To my surprise, they replaced it with a brand-new unit even though the warranty had expired. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products like this. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing customer support. The product had an issue turning on and when mentioned, we trouble shooted and afterwards they sent a replacement within a week. Excellent customer support and happy to be using Red Tiger products !

Quick response time, replaced cam even though 18-month warranty was over, received new replacement camera in 1 week from contact.

*Emma from the Customer Service Team helped me with my issue* Had a RedTiger Dash Cam F7NP stop working properly and emailed customer support if they would honor the 18 month warranty. Without hesitation, they sent out a replacement and it showed up 2 days later! Changed out the main unit and sent the other one back with the return label they provided. It truly was as simple as explained. Just give the proper information up front and they will help you no matter what. Best customer service I’ve seen in YEARS!

These cameras are excellent and do exactly what they are designed to do. They work great with crystal clear video. I had trouble with connecting to the app. I reached out to customer service and they explained the app has been replaced with a new version. The support is phenomenal - they checked back with me to make sure I was able to connect. Thanks for the great support!
