RedtigerReviews of redtigercam.com

Great Cameras but lame description on cameras on website. This is also the company that will not allow a body swap? You mean I can't buy a more expensive camera and the previous connections I had professionally installed on a lower grade package will not fit, that's pretty lame.

Did not receive order and cannot get customer service to help!

Good customer service - a real live person! Also a great dash cam. Easy to install, use and great picture quality.

I had an issue with a damaged cable for my REDTIGER F7NP dash cam, so I contacted customer support for help. At first, there was some confusion about which cable I needed, and I received the wrong replacement. However, their customer service team remained patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They continued working with me until I finally received the correct replacement. I really appreciate their willingness to help, their communication, and the effort they put into resolving my issue. Even though it took some time, I’m happy with how everything turned out. Thank you, REDTIGER, for your support and excellent customer service!

Great customer service, support, and communication!

The website was glitchy. I would not add the polarizing lens to the cart or any other product such as the 512GB sd card.

I received my new RedTiger dashcam in perfect condition — tightly bubble-wrapped and safe. It even came with a memory card already inserted, which was a nice bonus. I swapped out my old faulty unit right away and it worked perfectly. Emma from the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout. Without her support, I’d still be driving with a faulty dashcam. Fast resolution, great communication, and a product that does exactly what it should. Highly recommended.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased my REDTIGER dash camera a few years ago, and I have been very satisfied with its performance and reliability. Everything was working perfectly until last month, when the camera suddenly started freezing and stopped recording or functioning properly. I contacted REDTIGER customer service to explain the issue, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. They responded quickly and arranged to replace my camera completely free of charge, without any additional costs. The replacement process was fast and smooth, and I received my new camera, installed it, and tested it. Everything is working perfectly again. What impressed me the most was how REDTIGER stood behind its product, even though I had purchased the camera several years ago. This level of customer care is something I truly appreciate. I am satisfied with both the product and the excellent after-sales service. I would definitely recommend REDTIGER to anyone looking for a reliable dash camera backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
