Bought a camera what had a problem with the memory card. This can happen. The issue was customer service that sent send instructions also if was already discussed. Conclusion, the discussion becomes cyclic after few email and trials to solve it the customers service start again with the instructions from the first email.

Excellent communication and support with an issue. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I opened my package to find there was no SD card for my dash cam. I politely emailed the customer service team at REDTIGER, and they were extremely polite. Not only were they professional, they also offered to send me a replacement for my SD card. Accidents happen inevitably, and I understand that they sell probably thousands of dash cams in a day. The issue was quickly solved and the team pulled through nicely. I love to see a company care about their product and customers. They are moving to fix their mistake and that’s why they get 5 stars from me. I can’t wait to receive my SD card to use my dash cam. Great job again and I look forward to purchasing other dash cams with this company in the future.

I have purchased multiple cameras from this company and it will be the only company that me, my family and friends will use moving forward. The customer service and responsiveness is absolutely world class. I have had a few questions/ small issues but the way they handle with care is extremely impressive. The person I typically deal with is Emma and she is amazing. More companies should be tan like this one. I will tell everyone I know to buy from Redtiger. Oh, and the cameras are awesome as well.

I purchased five of the dash cameras for my family and they work great! They are very easy to use and helped a lot when my son got into an accident we were able to review the footage about what happened. I did have an issue with one of the camera cameras and Support was excellent. They walked me through troubleshooting and when it could not be resolved, they replaced the unit under warranty with no issues. I highly recommend!

Meine Dashcam funktionierte nicht mehr. Ich meldete mich beim Redtiger - Team mit dem Problem meiner Dashcam. Innerhalb eines Tages bekam ich eine Nachricht mit einer Vielzahl von Problembehebungs-vorschlägen. Sollte das nichts nutzen sollte ich mich wieder melden. Ich mailte wieder Redtiger an und schickte die geforderten Nummern. Danach war ein paar Tage Funkstille, dann brachte mir der Postbote eine neue Dashcam. Toller Service, super Support. 10 Sterne für das Redtiger Team. Würde mir immer wieder eine Dashcam von Redtiger kaufen, da die Cam auch leicht zu bedienen bzw. einzustellen ist. Preisleistung passt auf jedenfall. Macht weiter so.

I thought I had an issue with my camera (I didn't). I reached out to RedTiger and with thier assistance (and patience) I determined that the issue was with a power drop in my vehicle. I installed the hardwire kit and the problem went away. The support team walked me through every step, even when we learned that the issue was with my vehicle. Very happy customer.

Edited - below is my initial review, but I've now updated it to 5 stars because Red Tiger customer services quickly contacted me and asked me to perform a few tests on the unit (reset, firmware update etc). After this proved the unit was 100% faulty, they replaced the entire dash cam! Thank you very much - I really appreciate it! ------------------------------------------------- Beware!! I bought one and it only lasted 14 months before the front camera died (completely black). I found out later online that it's a known fault, so although the dash cam did perform well when working it does not represent good value if it only lasts about a year. I tried to contact Amazon (where I purchased it) which was hopeless, and also reached out to Red Tiger directly by email but had no response. My other dash cam is a Road Angel Halo (more money, but working perfectly for over 5 years now), so I know what I'm buying to replace the unreliable Red Tiger...
