The window mount lost suction after about 2- years due to the high heat of Florida. I ravaged out to customer support and they immediately sent me an adhesive mouth to correct the problem. Great service, and I love the dash cam.

Outstanding after-sales support I purchased a REDTIGER F7NP dash cam around three years ago and, unfortunately, the front camera eventually developed a fault. Although the product was outside its normal warranty period, I contacted REDTIGTER customer support to ask whether anything could be done. To my surprise, they arranged a replacement front camera free of charge. While fitting the replacement, I accidentally lost the small pivot pin from my original GPS/suction mount. I contacted customer support expecting to have to buy a replacement mount, but once again they went above and beyond and arranged to send me a complete replacement GPS/suction mount at no cost. Throughout the whole process, communication was prompt, courteous and genuinely helpful. Every query was answered quickly, and the support team kept me informed from start to finish. No product is perfect, and my original camera did develop a fault after several years of use. However, what really matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, REDTIGTER's after-sales support has been outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone involved in resolving my case. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised.

Nach Erwerb einer "Redtiger F8 5G Wifi Touchscreen 4K Front&Rear Dashcam" vor 8 Monaten war der Kundenservice von Redtiger nun gefragt, da (sicher durch die Hitzeeinstrahlung) die Arretierung der Frontkamera nicht mehr stabil hielt. Eine persönliche Ansprechpartnerin vom Customer Service Team (Emma), die mich bei einem Software-Update vor Monaten bereits betreute, regulierte mein Anliegen (Zusendung einer Ersatzhalterung innerhalb von 4 Werktagen). Great product and great customer service. Honestly. I contacted to ask them a few "weird" questions for a very home-made setup, and also to report that my 10meters USB-C cable did not work properly in one of their devices. They responded to my email very quickly, answering to all my questions (basic, but not that easy to find nowadays...), solving my problems, and offering to send me a 10m compatible cable for free. On top of that, they tracked the parcel and asked me whether everything was all right after a few days. One of the best customer service I have received in years. And that's why I am here.
