Filing a claim was relatively easy and straightforward. Company review and responses to claim were timely. Subsequent questions asking for more detailed medical information made me feel distrusted and that the only way I could have made a decision about the state of my health was to have had a medical professional shadowing me at all times. Impossible!

As with any insurance claim, in order to adjudicate a claim in accordance with the terms of the policy, whether to approve or deny, our examiners require complete documentation supporting such claim. In reviewing the communications on your claim, when we originally received your Attending Physician Statement from the medical provider, there were details missing that we needed to follow up on. Once we received the response from the physician, we were able to approve your claim. We appreciated your patience as we evaluated your claim.
