Something doesn't seem right when the lady was repeating all the words of a man speaking behind her! She asked more questions about me than she did about the reason I was calling - my mom died!! I just needed some information and she was not helpful but kept trying to gather my information - WHEN IT FEELS CREEPY OR SCAM-LIKE - JUST GET AWAY!

My agent (Jordan) was very friendly and thorough. I am slightly hard of hearing. He Didn’t seem to mind repeating himself from time to time which put me more at ease. I Appreciated his patience. Would recommend him and his company. Thank you, Karen

My questions were answered. I’ve been researching for a while n every insurance company different n confusing. I think this company knows what the questions r regarding such a sensitive topic and handle them professionally. I still have questions but informed to call back direct to agent.
