Red Roof InnReviews of redroof.com

Chirping smoke alarm, broken phone to front desk, broken security door bar, live cockroaches, fleas in bed - all included with room, did not feel safe, no thanks. Checked out within a couple hours, no refund given - Red Roof condones these conditions by not issuing refund immediately.

I paid $125 for a hotel that should have been $50 a night for what we got. The first room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke so we got a new one. Everyone staying there was very loud and inconsiderate. The walls were very thin so I was woken up multiple times throughout the night even past 4am. There was also no breakfast and I would have expected that from a hotel in that price range. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I did not have an enjoyable or decent experience.
