I had no issues with ordering or recieving my order on time.

With respect to my recent purchase at Redding Medical, PROS: Excellent price (the best I could find), fast delivery, stethoscope was in good condition. CONS: Along with the new stethoscope I purchased a spare diaphragm (because the particular model of scope I purchased is known to have a weakly fitted diaphragm that tends to come off, so I wanted a spare handy). Unfortunately, the spare diaphragm I ordered was scratched - I'm suspicious it may not even be new, although it may simply be a defective piece that Redding did not notice. I feel they should check to make sure the goods they send out are in perfect mint condition, but apart from this, I've no complaints.

the attention was really great but you send me on wronge item. As i told you before i bought, i am from Chile and i was in USA just for a few days and you send me one wronge item. That little and completely avoidable problem ruined the experience because i came back to Chile with an item i didn't want

I made an order online and within a day received call regarding the shipping method. I was impressed that they took the time to address it rather than just not shipping my items because I had requested a shipping method that didn't allow delivery to a PO Box. Also, I had difficulty entering information for a student discount online, so they were able to apply the discount after my order was placed. Overall, my experience was fantastic.

My Littman stethoscope is wonderful! However, the accessory tool kit I purchased contained a pen light that does not turn off. Any batteries I put in it will just burn out quickly, what a let down.
