I was very impressed with the customer service at Redding Medical. I ordered a pair of Grey's Anatomy shoes as a surprise birthday present for my daughter. They cam in the size that I ordered but she felt they were a bit too snug. Since they were a popular size the next size up had to be ordered. When the shoes came in (which was pretty fast) they easily exchanged the shoes for us. The shoes were also less expensive from this site than from other leading places

My daughter received this for her graduation. Heavy duty, good quality. She looked the engraving too.
