I ordered a Welch-Allyn opthalmoscope and otoscope kit that was priced about $50 lower than anywhere else. The $20 cost of shipping ate up some of that savings and seemed a little high, but the savings were still pretty solid. The kit arrived in solid working condition as expected and I'm pleased with it. I would buy from Redding again without question.

While looking at multiple colors for the stethoscope I wanted, I used the live chat feature to ask how the lasered name the sand colored tubing would look. The reply was fast, precise, and courteous. I used the 2 day shipping option once I decided on the color and received it on the 2nd "business day". The pricing on the stethoscopes is fantastic when compared to other sites online. The lasering on the tubing and engraving on the head piece was neat, clean, and uniform. Along with matching what I wanted exactly.
