I bought the wrong stethoscope for my daughter's birthday. I contacted Redding via Email and was told to send it back. My refund was in my bank account as soon as it was delivered to them. I ordered the correct one and got it quickly. I am extremely happy with Redding Medical and their staff.

For whatever reason, I had issues putting in my credit number. After two or three attempts I finally got my order to submit. Within 2 minutes my phone rang and a customer service representative was calling to check on my order. Apparently, my multiple attempts threw up a red flag and they were calling to make sure everything was as it should be! Great customer service! I ordered a Littman stethescope, which I am very happy with! My order came on time, as expected! Very happy I chose this company to make my purchase!
