I bought 2 pairs of bandage scissors, one pair in the rainbow finish for myself and the other pair in smoke/black finish for a colleague. We have only had them a for about a week but they have worked great so far and we get a lot of compliments on them. They shipped and arrived promptly. I got both pairs engraved and it didn't effect the shipping time at all! Highly satisfied with my purchases.

When I went to sign up for an account to receive free shipping they don't tell you that free shipping means they will send it to you when they feel like I received an email saying I will not get my order till after the new year when I wanted it for a christmas present. I placed my order November 26, 2016

I don't live in US, i tried to buy an accessory and couldn't because they asked me a picture of my ID and credit card, wich had never happened to me and i find THA unsafe. The paypal request didn't work either. I had to buy through another website.
