Very good customer service. Product was engraved and ready to be shipped within a few hours. Found out at the time of shipping that I had to use their PayPal facility. I was contacted immediately and got clear instructions (and didn't have to sign up for a PayPal account). Even with that, I was upgraded to free 2-day shipping. Quality of engraving was good. The product was basically as stated - just that the picture of the colour, was a little misleading.
