We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations Melanie. When we are notified that a patient did not receive their order (even when tracking indicates it has been delivered), we must check several different things. First we need to verify the shipping address is correct, then we make sure the correct tracking information was linked to your account. If those are correct, we often suggest you reach out to your local post office for assistance. If needed, we can also initiate an inquiry through our contact with USPS. This option generally takes longer but can be done if needed. If you'd like us to start a request on your behalf or have any additional questions, please give us a call at 844-733-2697.
This has been a seamless experience for me.’people wouldn’t have much negative to say if they actually read what’s expected of them as far as payment it’s very up front and self explanatory I love Redbox rx and will definitely be using them again.

I used this service to request a prescription for tretinoin to help with aging skin. I previously used Curology, but decided to try RedBox Rx because of the lower cost. I’m an experienced tretinoin user and have been using the highest strength (0.1%) for over a decade with no issues. I made this very clear in my intake form and even attached a photo of my Curology bottle that had just run out. I received a response extremely quickly, which was concerning. I was prescribed the lowest strength (0.025%) despite clearly stating that I’ve used the highest dose long-term without any problems. The message from the provider felt generic and didn’t address my history at all. They stated they like to start everyone at the lowest dose and work up, which didn’t make sense in my case since I’ve already done that years ago. Since I didn’t receive the prescription I actually needed, I’ve decided to return to Curology, where I’ve had a better experience in the past. I’m disappointed that I paid $25 and ended up with a treatment that doesn’t make sense for my skin or my history. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Update: the company reached out and resolved the issue. I greatly appreciate it and have increased the rating appropriately. Update: Response to company's reply. I appreciate that the requested prescription is not guaranteed but as I said the response from the presciber was unusually quick and the prescriber's note was clearly a generic template as it said nothing specific about my medical history that I had provided. It simply said they like to start everyone at the low dose and work up to higher doses and did not even mention my long history of tretonin use. If the provider's note explained their disagreement with the other dermatologist I've used over the years I could understand that but that is not the case. Instead I received a boilerplate response that could have been copy pasted for anyone.

Pretty disappointing experience - I selected the delivery option without knowing it could take up to 6 days to get my prescription. In talking with my provider she let me know that I need to reach out to support to get the prescription location changed. The support team was closed Sunday night so I called first thing Monday morning but was told they had filled the script so I couldn’t change my order but the order would go out Monday night. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and my script was just sent with an estimated delivery of Friday. The goal was to make getting my prescription easier and unfortunately I now don’t get the medicine I need for much longer.

Thank you for your feedback Lacy. Our default shipping option is via USPS Ground Advantage and is always no additional charge to patients. The USPS will provide an estimated delivery date, but as this is only an estimate, the delivery could arrive sooner than predicted. We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx if you prefer via FedEx Home, FedEx overnight, or FedEx 2 day. You have the option of selecting your shipping method at the time you purchase your treatment. We do understand that some patients may not want to delay the start of their treatment, so we also offer the option to have your prescription filled at your local pharmacy. UPDATE 2: The first person I spoke with said they could not issue an emergency RX. They insisted that I would have to pay another fee for another consultation just because my shipment got lost in the mail. The 2nd person confirmed that I would have to either wait for the shipment to return to them and then they would ship it to me, or pay the fee for another consultation. To wait for the shipment gymnastics would mean that I would go as much as a week without my medication unless I was willing to pay for an unnecessary consultation. After contacting several consumer reporting agencies, I am relieved to report that RedBox Rx did in fact issue an emergency prescription. UPDATE 1: They refused to issue an emergency RX. Refused to refill the order even thought they know the shipment is being returned to them. Refused to issue a refund. REVIEW: Guys, this company is awful. Unfortunately my experience has been terrible. The initial appointment was great but I've been waiting for my refill for 9 days and it's still not here. I wish I could recommend, but I have to get a new RX from a new doctor and then get my RX filled somewhere else, so this was not helpful at all. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to get your RX filled. I can't say enough about how expensive and time consuming this process has been. This service is abysmal and I would not recommend it to anyone.

First, we want to verify the shipping address is correct and that the correct tracking information was linked to your account. If those are correct, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance. If needed, we can also initiate an inquiry through our contact with USPS. After reviewing your case, I can see that one of our Patient Care Advocates reached out to USPS on your behalf as it appears that your order is being returned to our facility due to an address issue. We are not able to process a refill of your medication as there are no refills remaining on the prescription. Once your order returns to our facility, we will notify you of its return as well as confirm the shipping address. Bought a sample. Ineffective. Complained. Received another $180 order. Was signed up for a recurring plan. BofA will squash these thiefs. They charged me again today!

We're sorry to hear that you're not experiencing the results you expected with your treatment Glenn. Everyone responds to medication differently and it may take time to see the full effects. Our pharmacy dispenses only FDA-approved medications to ensure safety and effectiveness. Since individual responses to medication can vary, we recommend discussing any concerns about effectiveness with your provider. We do not offer returns or refunds of prescriptions that don't work as efficacy cannot be predicted in patients. After review, it looks like our provider gave you one additional refill of your preferred medication. Our service is a little different in that the patient has control over the refills in their account. We send you reminder emails letting you know that your refill will be processed several days in advance. This gives our patients time to cancel or delay any refills they do not want or need.
