Sandra, we are so happy you continue to find our service valuable. Our team continually works to improve our service and feedback from patients helps us know what we are doing great at, as well as where we can improve.
Everything was so simple and straightforward forward. Dr Ruiz was the dermatologist that I chatted with. She was kind, through and very knowledgeable and on time. It was a very comfortable experience. I would suggest this service to anyone even if they are not experienced with video chats. The instructions and service were excellent.

I asked for this to be put on a different card and it was verified and still put it on wrong card, little upset

Hi Cyndy. You can change your default payment method in the 'My Account' section of your RedBox Rx Account. We allow you to add and remove payment methods there. If you have any questions please give us a call at 844-733-2697. We'd be happy to walk you through it.
I read the 'it's a scam' reviews but still ordered generic Latisse and I got exactly what I ordered, quickly. I just now put in for acne and cold sore medication. Update - I received the prescriptions super fast, to my door, without a problem.

Mala experiencia con esta pagina. Estuve leyendo criticas mixtas. El precio del minoxidil oral lo ofertan a 45 por 3 meses. Ya son 3 semanas y no me han enviado nada. Le escribe correos y llame nadie responde. Nunca volvere a comprar de esta pagina.

You charged me twice. Why? Do not run my card again with out Prior Permission. Are you sending 2 medications or 1? Why the second charge of 35.00?

Response from RedBox Rx· Jan 5, 2024
Thank you for your question Susan. To provide the lowest cost for evaluations and treatments, they are charged separately. The first is the provider evaluation fee, if applicable (some evaluations are no charge to you). You may pre-authorize the charge for treatment before the evaluation but that is only charged if that is exactly what your provider prescribes. If they prescribe anything else, you will be asked to review the treatment plan and make a decision on whether or not you'd like to purchase it. You are not obligated to purchase the treatment. Our patient care advocates are available by phone Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm to answer any questions you have.
DO NOT USE. They continued to ship medication after I canceled. Impossible to work with the customer service. I had to get my bank involved. I will share this awful experience with anyone considering using Red Box RX Their response is an attempt to make this experience appear to be user error when in reality an apparent IT issue resulted in canceled treatments shipping. Had they opened that or made it right without third part intervention I’d never had gone to the lengths to warn you about this company. They do not know what they are doing.

Hi Craig. If you have automatic refills, you can manage those within the treatments tab of your account. You have the option to snooze (delay) your next refill or refill it earlier than scheduled. If you need to remove a treatment for your account because you no longer need it, please email us at [email protected] or for faster service call us at 844-733-2697. We are happy to help you discontinue a treatment you don't need.
