This was my second time using RedBoxRx and I couldn't recommend it more. Fast service, caring employees, and all around an easy service to use. If you're in need of medication fast, this IS the way to go.

This was an ideal way for me to get the prescription strength medication I needed to lighten the dark spots on my face. It was easy to send the photos of my face to them for them to see the problem. It saves money by me not spending money on over the counter cremes that do absolutely nothing. In a month time the spots are beginning to lighten. I was glad they checked in with me to see how I was doing on the med before giving me another perscriptiion. I am very pleased.

I sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and asked them to change it, and they said "our system will not allow us to transfer your prescription to our pharmacy", aka we want you to pay for another visit so we can get another $60 for 2 minutes of effort.

The doctor that I had a consultation with was very kind, thorough, and cared about my medical concern. She wrote me a prescription for treatment, and it arrived in a few days. The consultation fee and prescription medicine were fairly priced. I would definitely use their service again.

Make sure you READ everything regarding ADHD medication because it can be very misleading to the consumer as they CAN'T and DO NOT PRESCRIBE OR REFILL controlled substance medication. I wasted time and money filling out all their "required" information regarding ADHD and never did it ask me if I was ok with non stimulant which should be called NON CONTROLLED substances as treatment. My video call with the nurse practitioner who by the way are surfacing up more than ever today, they must be giving out diplomas like candy on Halloween because that's all you get today and NONE OF THEM CAN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!! Total waste of time and money. I'm better off going to Mexico and getting the medication I need than trying to get it the right way in this country. Save yourself time, money and frustration, read everything like you were an attorney before paying ANYTHING UP FRONT to companies like this.

Thank you for your feedback. Common medication treatments for adult ADHD include both stimulant and non-stimulant medication. RedBox Rx is able to prescribe only non stimulant treatment options. I'm sorry that we were not able to prescribe the treatment you were seeking but we do not offer any controlled medications through our service. If you complete a video consultation and the provider is not able to prescribe treatment for you, you visit fee is eligible to be refunded. For context, I wanted to start topical tretinoin so if you need other types of prescriptions, I can’t speak to that. Questions were very thorough and I got a response quickly. My medication was prescribed and in my mailbox in under 5 days
