That makes us so happy Joanne! Your skin will be glowing in no time. Watch for the tracking information to populate in your account. That usually happens within 48 hours of your purchase.

We are disappointment to hear about your experience. It is certainly not the service we want to provide. Thank you for alerting us so we can work to be better and eliminate experiences like this.
Upsetting that they require a 20.00 "visit" with a prescribing physician the second time you purchase from them, when they could just allow you to refill. Price is too steep with having to pay that every time.

We offer many different treatment plans and many include automatic refills. In those cases you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. There are no hidden fees through RedBox Rx.
I ordered pills and got salve of an entirely different medicine. Keep away from

I'm sorry you weren't prescribed the treatment you requested Frederick. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription for the most appropriate medication. That is not always the medication that you prefer, but you can view the reason why the provider selected that treatment instead in the "note from your provider" found on your visits tab in your account.
my experience with the support team was excellent... i think the reps name was Susan? she was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable... she walked me through my issues and resolved them quickly...

Thanks for your feedback William! We hope to be able to assist you again in the future if you have the need.
I was told I would be prescribed a 90 day supply to be told no we just say 90 day supply. But you are just getting 90 pills. So a 45 day supply. GIANT SCAM. even my provider and her notes states 90 day supply.

We have many treatment options available. Our prices are for a specific quantity, not for a day supply. Sometimes a prescriber has you take the medication a little differently than one of our standard options. In this case they are having you taper up your dose. They prescribed 90 capsules and asked you to follow up once those were gone. After your next visit Jennifer, they can prescribe the higher strength so you will only take 1 daily and it will last a full 90 days.
