Extremely User Friendly. I used it to recover some old Video CD contains some 30+ year old memorable priceless events, which were not recoverable by other methods. It recovered all 100%. I am totally astonished by the results. I highly recommend it.

This tool actually worked while a ton of others failed. I had a really stubborn document and this worked. I also needed help with the checkout process and support replied back in a timely manner.
