When I snap a picture of my receipt to upload, it is upside down. How do I correct that?

I like the app, however it often gives me that the receipt is not eligible for credit. Funny because on this review page, an advertisement for Zippy's comes up. Why is it not eligible? It is a restaurant and dining in place. Didn't know there was support-never been able to contact them before. Golf course restaurants are not eligible???

I have been with receipt hog since the year it came out and I have $25 I cant redeem in rewards because I can't get the customer service reps that I've been submitting tickets to, to change a very old phone number that I haven't had in years to the cell number I've been using for the past 4 years!!! They write saying they need proof and ask 4-5 different questions only you would know about on your account but when one of the questions that I have answered that I have submitted with the rest of the answers, asks what my address was when I registered with the app,and everytime I email the response that I can't remember because I was moving around alot at that time so I'll include all addresses I've lived at so they'll know and I can always answer any other question or show any document needed but not one customer service rep who I was ever emailing tried to work with me on changing my cell phone number and instead said they can't change it until my answer matches their question and a list of addresses won't suffice. So what the hell am I supposed to do?!?! I've been loading receipts for years and it took me forever to get up to $25 but the only reason I'm at $25 is because they'd never try to help me or give me contact info of someone at receipt hog that will!!! So I've wrote on their Facebook page and now this and I'm hoping someone can finally change my phone number that I've been trying to change for the last few years or find a way to issue me my damn rewards I earned!! Nice to know the customer service reps don't ever go above and beyond when a customer has a problem, especially since their getting paid to reply to emails from customers and their just getting paid to tell the customer that they can't resolve the issue but can't seem to think of offering any further help. Does reciept hog just hire the laziest people they can possibly find for the customer service positions, or is it that their supervisor or whoever is above them never cares to check all their work their getting paid for, because I just don't understand how a company could let this problem get to this where so many customers like me are pissed because we want our rewards as was told to customers. (I couldn't even count on all my fingers and toes how many times I've submitted begging to please help!!!)

I've been using this app for years. In the past if I had a reason to reach out to customer support the response was fast. I've been trying to get assistance since 2/28/22 to get into my account. Responses take days & I'm not getting any assistance. If only there was a ph# to speak with someone. It's very frustrating & disappointing. Update: my issue was finally resolved!

I have been with receit hog for along time but I have email this company for them to resend my code to cash in my $40.00 which they have never responded so if they need that money that I earned keep it.i have since deleted this app.thier response time is terrible..good luck getting your money. Well they finally got ahold of me and took care of the problem so I give them stars for that.

I got my first $40, but when I submitted 2nd time for $40. I received an email confirmation that my process would take a week and I would receive my reward of $40. However, I have never received my second $40 reward. I contacted customer service multiples times through emails. NO ANSWERS. After this review, customer rep Blessy emailed me that the reward link has been resent. Another rep emailed me and corrected their mistakes, I got my $40 reward. So I changed my review!

I've emailed customer service several times and no response. I was forced to change my password but the reset password function does not send an email or provide a code.

I got locked out all of sudden b cause of their password update program error? Requested help two times two weeks ago. No one hasn’t reached out to me yet. I read that customer service agent helped other reviewers. I guess there is only one person in customer service dept. I had $160 in my receipt hog account. Update I was able to reset my password by clicking the reset button. How could i not see that before??? Maybe i was in panic. But still no customer service yet.
