UPDATE: I clicked the link again and it worked. Thank you! I was so excited to be able to cash out for my Amazon card yesterday. The message in my email is as follows: “Follow the link and enter the security code to redeem your Amazon Gift Card. SECURITY CODE (This is NOT your Amazon Code): R26W-M26X CLICK HERE to claim your gift card”

The app is easy to use. The rewards are incredibly low. The rewards are also low. On many occasions, I was asked to submit my annual income. I do not disclose this information unless it is needed for a transaction. Accumulating receipt points does not warrant the need for my income level. It doesn't have an option like many places for you to choose "I do not wish to answer."Additionally, it would not let me proceed without answering which I did not!

0/5 stars. The automated upload is constantly constantly erroring. Not reading receipts, applying wrong amounts. There appears to be 1 yes 1 person who responds to email inquiries ans instead of applying your receipts or fixing them 9/10 gives you an excuse août why your receipt cannot be used - because the automated reader is unable to read it but humans are able to over ride rhe system at this company and there I'd just often times refusal to do so. I wouldn't waste your time. Responses also take over à week. 0/5 stars If I could. There's no willingness to work with the customer at all this has been from experience from the moment I started using the app and hasn't impdoved

I have been emailing you for 2 weeks to get my gift card code. It says it’s been sent but, I have nothing from you. I have a 40 dollar Amazon gift card owed to me but, I can’t get anyone to respond back to me. I have also tried texting and messaging from your app and I have also tried to resend my code to my email but still nothing. it’s very frustrating at this point. If someone can get back to me as soon as they can I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Cathy Lopez.

The app doesn’t upload receipts instantly and you have to take several pictures of the receipts and then it says you are trying to game the system by uploading the same receipt! They don’t give you coins for every receipt that is legitimate and they don’t give you credit for your online receipts either. A complete sham

My Camera has not been working for months.

Boy am I frustrated, 3 months I have been asking receipt hog to change my cell number on my account. All I get is the same copy pasted email. I am disappointed and will be going to recipt jar. They take far more company receipts and get back to their customers ASAP. super unimpressed recipt hog. Thumbs down
