Got light sabers for my kids they absolutely loved them. Website is good shipping was fast. I just wish I could lock the sound setting to one instead of it changing so easy

Alexandra was outstanding in problem solving any issues I had. If anything I think this 3rd party seller site should list the measurements of every saber they have on the item description. Only a few items have this and if you are new to the market, you're in for a rude awakening when you receive your item. You may have to go to another site to purchase extenders, or pieces that you shouldn't have had to do in the first place. Rather my business stay in one place instead of having the hassle for quick solutions elsewhere.

The shopping was easy the customer support 10/10 the blades themselves are a little on the weak side I had an unusable blade after on match of heavy dueling

This was the second lightsaber I have ever purchased. Good construction with a bright LED bundle and a great price. There has been an issue with it randomly turning off, but unsure if it was a loose battery or something else at this point.

The saber is phenomenal, and the customer service was incredible. The only issue I have with my experience overall is that all of the pieces that screw into the hilt are very loose and come unscrewed very easily. I’ve already lost the activating button on the shoto saber.
