I love using the rebates me app, I just cashed out $50 that I need to use to help pay a payment. It was very easy to cash out all I had to do is type in my PayPal account and push send. Thanks

We appreciate your review! Thank you!
I know how to use a rebate portal and have been successful with the all the ones I've used, including Rakuten, ActiveJunky, Mr. Rebates, etc. However RebatesMe did not track my order and then after filing a "missing complaint" they said my cashback would be far less than advertised. On 11/23/21 I shopped at L'Occitane through their portal, the rate was 15%, but now they are saying I will be receiving $5.04 on an order (before taxes and shipping) of $67.20 instead of $10.08. Conveniently for them, I won't qualify for their sign-up bonus which requires a $10 cashback. The email they provided another negative review here: service(at)rebatesme.com came back as undeliverable. Also, if you look at their reviews, you can see the horrible English and the impossibly glowing yet vague reviews. It is obvious to me that the majority of positive reviews are fake.

Our contact information can be found on our website at the bottom of the page under "Contact Us." We have replied to both of your emails letting you know that the missing cash back inquiry is still pending feedback from the merchant. Once the inquiry is complete, the cash back amount is updated based on the merchant's feedback.
很好用的返利网站，基本上各类国外购物平台都有，唯一的缺憾是不能在APP端跟踪到其他平台进行返利，希望可以改善呀。

RebatesMe - A SCAM!

Hi Julie! We noticed that you have 10 orders containing "pending" cash back. Cash back is automatically moved from "pending" to "available" 90 days from the posting date. "Pending" Cash Back means your earnings have been confirmed but the return time (90 days) on those purchases has not yet passed. Once the 90 day return time passes, the Cash Back for those purchases will become Available. Once you have at least $10 in cash back available (within 365 days of your sign up date), your $30 sign up bonus will also become available to cash out. In the future, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team as we are always happy to work with you. You can reach the customer service team by emailing [email protected]
