It is a okay website I just don’t like how they say it gives u a $5 bonus for just joining that is a lie

RebatesMe does offer a $5 sign-up bonus for new users, but certain requirements must be met before the bonus can be earned and withdrawn. These requirements are outlined in the promotion's terms and conditions. If you believe you qualified for the bonus but did not receive it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and assist you.
The waiting time is ridiculously long. These delays are unacceptable and very frustrating. RebatesMe needs to improve its service and process cashback payments much faster.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with RebatesMe. My account has been locked for more than a year, and I still have no proper explanation or resolution. I have contacted RebatesMe multiple times regarding this issue, but my account remains inaccessible. What makes this even more frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional emails from RebatesMe while being denied access to my own account. A customer account should not be locked for over a year without a clear explanation, proper communication, or a reasonable resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I am asking RebatesMe to provide a clear explanation for the account restriction and restore my account as soon as possible. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend RebatesMe to anyone.

We have now completed the review of the requested order information, and your account has been unlocked. You should now be able to log in and access your account normally. Shady, dishonest business with shady, dishonest practices. Steals your cashback by deducting a monthly maintenance fee of $1.99 from your cashback balance until it reaches $0 if your account has been inactive for 1+ year (!).

Maintenance fees are typically deducted from earned cash back on accounts that have been inactive for a year or more. You can easily reactivate your account by making a purchase earning cash back or by clicking through RebatesMe to the merchant page, and once you do that, you can get these maintenance fees refunded! Please go to your account Overview page, and then click “one-click refund”. Please email us at [email protected]. We would like to inquire further to assist you and to be certain you are a RebatesMe user.

Have not received after 6 months.opened 6 cases with customer service. No response. Very upset with the way I tested. Bad! Please help!

Have 2 large cashback transactions that were credited then clawed back without reasoning. I emailed to ask for an explanation and they never responded. I made sure those purchases were eligible according to the terms and conditions as I have been a long time cashback site user. Those were the first and only 2 transactions I have had on the site, both were credited then clawed back. I have had success getting cashback from buying the same items on the same website using other cashback platforms (topcashback / rakuten). Therefore, I would highly recommend staying away from this site. Will also open a case with the BBB. Scam.
