Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you haven't earned Cash Back for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, RebatesMe reserves the right to debit your Account balance $1.99 per month (“Account Maintenance Fee”) to recover the cost of account maintenance in its normal course of business until you reactivate your Account by earning Cash Back or until your account balance is zero. I sent an email to you using the email address provided on your website on 11/29/23 outlining a couple of cashback issues. I subsequently opened a trouble ticket (#37147) for the same matter on 11/29/23 as I wasn't sure the best way to make contact with you. I then received an auto-generated response that someone would get back to me within 1 business day. After waiting the requisite amount of time and no one responding, I replied to ticket #37147, again requesting a response. The only response I got back after this was the auto-generated statement stating again that I'd receive a response within 1 business day. It's now 12/7/23 and still no response. You have access to my concerns through my trouble ticket #, and I expect you'll address them completely without further delay.
