I had an issue with my account and the customer service really understood the situation and was able to fix my issue. They are kind and understanding and didn't treat me like how any one of the big 3 have.

I was with TMobile for 20+ years. After the two data breaches and my information all of my information being leaked I decided to try and find a new carrier. Honestly I didn't think there was a carrier that was secure and didn't store or share data. Then I found REALLY DeWi and I could not be happier. I have way better service and have yet to run into a dead spot. My bill is much cheaper and they do not store and information at all anywhere and all messages and phone calls are encrypted. I also needed to contact customer service and they went above and beyond in every way and quickly as well. What more could you ask for. It does not get any better than REALLY DeWi Wireless. Switch today I promise you you won't regret it.

The process of transferring from my previous provider was quick and easy, and I love that I didn't have to go into a store or even have a long call with either carrier. The instructions that REALLY provided were simple and straightforward. The service and coverage has been great so far, the plan is super fair and inexpensive, and I love that they are protecting my data. I couldn't be happier, and have already told 2 people who have switched over as well!

Really is going to be a huge gamechanger in the cellphone market. The customer service and actual service are wonderful. I can't sing their praises enough. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Really is the new kid on the block, they are doing something unique and new, which comes with benefits and the satisfaction of not going with the big companies. The customer support is much more personal. I had an issue and they resolved it promptly, the head of the company emailed me personally-- you won't get that with any other company. Worth trying, and seeing how far they can take this.

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the Really customer service team. My phone got stolen in Tokyo and had a difficult time getting past the 2-way verification. Once I purchased a new phone, they were able to help me transfer my cellar service to my new phone and start recovering my iCloud. 10/10 experience

I really don't have a problem with the cell service. I have a huge problem with customer service. If you start a chat with anyone YOU DIE IN THAT CHAT!. You can't unpin, they never come back at all. You have to wait until someone closes out a ticket. That's horrible customer service. For over a week I've been trying to delete a line because a death in the family. I had to wait 3 days for Wario. Well, my credit card was charged again. I'm now in the chat of death. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer. YOU NEED A BUTTON TO LET US DISCONNECT FROM A COMPLETELY DEAD CONVERSATION . UPDATE, on January 7, 2025 l got to talk to Joey an executive of Really. He agreed that chat will be revamped and his staff will be local to Austin TX in the near future. I do feel this is a great starting business in the cellular industry without all the baloney l got from Verizon. I've never had an executive reach out to me before. Joey changed my opinion and helped with my problems. I raised my rating to 4 stars and want to see them succeed to the 5th. Keep up with the customer service. So many businesses don't care past the point of sale. Thank you again.

The experience has been so good... Get this... My WIFE has noticed and decided to leave our old carrier and join me... That should be enough to convince at least half of the population of the United States to migrate as well... Seriously love everything about this network it's been super helpful and super easy and super affordable!!! How about y'all tell me why you haven't switched yet?!?
