Please stay away. I'm one of the earliest members and have been for with them for a while. The support is difficult to ever get ahold of, and it's now taken me over 9 days to try and port my number back to T-Mobile. And if something happens in the off hours, you can't talk to anyone and have to wait until the next day. Also, their worldwide traveler plans price gouge you, and the throttling cripples your phone, basically making it useless and leaving you stranded at night, unable to get directions. As bad as it sound, and from someone who values privacy, just go with a normal network, your live will be much less stressful

They are a scam. I signed up for $35 a month. For 2 month they charged me that price. On the 3rd month they charged me $40 with no explanation on why. I reached out to them and they said it’s a new tax. Whatever.. I wanted to disable auto pay and they told me it’s not possible I have to go to my bank for them to block them from charging my account and the bank wants to charge me $40 for that service! I had to get a whole new debit card because of them! This is ridiculous! They have the option to disable autopay from the web portal but the function is disabled. This is the biggest scam company on earth. Stay far far away from them.

There customer service is absolute trash. The problems started with the initial sign-up, my phone number that I wanted to port from my old service as well as my brand new account with them somehow got completely removed from their dispatch to activate my service. I spent 2-3 weeks trying to communicate with damn near non-existent customer service. They pride themselves for their 24/7 support, but that's total bull*hit. They only have one number that you are able to call to talk to an actual person, the texting option is worthless as well as email and messaging through their app since it takes forever to hear back from anyone. I tried to switch to them because my brother recommended to them to me due to their mobile service and privacy. Now my brother is leaving them due to the exact same issues with customer service. From the very beginning, literally the exact day that I tried to switch to them in December of 2025, it was nothing but problems. I was able to get a full refund of the activation fee, which was the ONLY positive thing that I can say. Avoid them. I wish that I could give 0 stars.

I was interested in REALLY after seeing their coverage comparisons, but after digging deeper it felt misleading. REALLY runs on AT&T’s network, yet their ads and comparison graphics imply stronger coverage than AT&T itself, including signal bar visuals that suggest better reception. Once I learned more about how MVNOs work, it became clear the coverage is the same network, and the visuals don’t reflect real-world performance differences. This wasn’t explained clearly upfront, and I think the marketing could be much more transparent. I didn’t end up switching because of this confusion. People should be aware that the comparisons are more marketing than technical reality.

Do you have decent signal and want way worse for double the price? Call REALLY and they will get you hooked up with the number 1 worst signal in the country! How do I know you, may ask? Well I gave Really a try this month and goodness gracious thank the Lord I didn't turn off AT&T or else I would be stranded almost everywhere. Absolute piss poor service in MS, and I travel a lot regularly, and it seems MS isn't the only place that REALLY doesn't get signal. Very lucky to get 2 bars when I drive places. Even in heavily populated areas, I still get a bad signal. I have been constantly on SOS mode with REALLY so shoutout AT&T for having my back while their wanna be that thinks they're the 💩 REALLY isn't even a fart. (Pun intended)

Absolutely horrid customer service. I have had issues with text and phone calls from day 1. I have asked for a port number no less than 10 times..everyday for the last week and have been refused. I signed up early knowing there would be some issues but never thought customer service or cell service can be this bad. I am at the point of filing an FTC complaint as well as attorney general. Obviously there is no live support and no ability to escalate. Even when you follow their own support guides on their website...they don't follow their own guidance. Worst decision you'll ever make for cell service is to go with these scammers.

The staff is always friendly, but customer service is primarily done through exchanging emails. This is time consuming cumbersome. I hit a few bumps on the road signing up, but once I got on, I had much better reception than I’ve ever had with any service the first night. I was able to make calls without Wi-Fi assist inside my home. However, the next morning, I had no cell signal in my area at all. I do live in a rural area and I had signed up with REALLY based on reviews by other people living in rural areas who had great coverage. I drove to Athens, a good-sized town of @120k residents, expecting to be able to get signal there but still had SOS only. After two days of having no signal, I couldn’t afford to continue using a service that wasn’t working. I need my phone for work and I had already missed several calls and texts. I had checked all my settings, but to no avail. I could not get cell signal outside my home. I contacted customer support to get a porting pin so I could take my phone elsewhere, and I’ve been waiting since noon (it’s 8pm now) for a response to my request for a porting pin.

Horrible service, without a ph for 4 days now after it was so called ported and there is no customer service number to help
