Customer service is the best I have ever seen, constant communication on Facebook and on emails trying to help me get signed up, however they don't currently provide coverage in my area. Hopefully soon

I switched to Really from Cricket and I tell you that the service is amazing. I’m a truck driver and have had service throughout my route. I also live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have a great signal whereas with other carriers it was very spotty. I also love that I can use my phone as a hotspot with no data caps so I can stream on my iPad as much as I like. I highly recommend switching to Really.

Things changed for the better will update this review more in the near future but for now Really staff addressed all concerns and made things right. I would give zero stars—terrible customer service. The service worked great for about a month, but I've had no data service on my phone. There is no one to call to help, no one to appropriately chat with online regarding the issue, and no one will text back on their text line.

REALLY Mobile has great security features, and great service. The "Clutch" second Data ESim takes over when the primary service Sim has spotty or slow reception. Their MVNO runs on one of the best major networked tower providers around, check them out. If your phone doesn't come equipped with EUICC or ESim capability, there are companies (Esim.me, JSIM, 5Ber, etc) that ALL allow loading of single or multiple ESim profiles easily onto a physical Sim card to put into the phone Sim slot. You may notice some discount deals the first time you go to their(Really's) webpage, but you have to act quick! They have quick and responsive customer service and chat, hilarious advertising, and great reception coverage. Their second Sim is even worth it if your main Sim provider uses the same towers; read how it works and you'll understand. I've only seen a couple other companies offering robust security features, and one other company that offers portable mobile gateways to provide relay points for locals with the same MVNO. Really offers both, and i haven't seen anything offered like the Really Clutch second Sim, here in the USA, where many of us are just beginning to start our dual SIM services. Highly Recommended!

I recently switched to REALLY Wireless after years with traditional carriers, and I couldn't be happier. I had tried various apps and services for a second number, but nothing matched the seamless experience of REALLY Wireless. Unlike virtual number providers that rely on apps and internet connectivity, REALLY works just like wireless carrier, because it is, fully integrated into my iPhone without the need for third-party apps. Setting it up was easy, with clear instructions, and I had a new number running in no time. Using REALLY Wireless as my second line, I’m consistently impressed with its network performance, often surpassing my primary carrier. The customer service is exceptional too, responding quickly and thoroughly when I had questions. With its reliable service, competitive pricing, and outstanding support, I’m even considering moving my primary number to REALLY. It’s a refreshing alternative to the expensive contracts and poor service of the other "traditional" carriers. I highly recommend REALLY Wireless for a seamless, intuitive mobile experience. Five stars!

From the customer service to the actual service, Really phone service is bar non my favorite. I have run speed tests all over New Mexico between Verizon and Really and almost always have faster speeds with Really. I run duel esims so all data speed tests are run on the same phone.

This has been the best service I've had in a while! I've always hated overpaying for the major carriers just to have them sell all my usage data to anyone willing to throw cash their way. A privacy focused carrier like Really has been something that the industry has DESPERATELY needed for a very long time! I can't wait to see how this service manages to grow!
