Just getting started but the transition worked well. Customer support is excellent.

It’s almost impossible to speak to anybody at customer service and then when they do respond they do try to help you so being a new company I understand they’re probably shorthanded. Service is good. I’ve had no problems.

I live in a relatively busy Suburb, northwest of Chicago and I HAD Verizon Wireless since 2017. Before that I had Tmobile, and before that, ATT. As of 11/5/2024, I have since switched over to REALLY. I was obviously hesitant to leave Verizon, but going from roughly $70 to under $40, with significantly better reception and speeds. I have literally never had full bars in my home (2-3 max) and now i have full bars even from my the mancave that's deep down in our basement. Speed tests proved to show insane increases in my speeds. Massive improvements all around compared to the competition and a much, much cheaper bill. That's REALLY all you need!

It’s absolutely incredible the difference in cell signal that I have with Really. I went from 1-2 bars consistently to consistent 5G coverage, even in rural Oklahoma, where cell signals are notoriously horrific. You definitely want to give this a try. The pricing can’t be beat. Really customer service is impeccable! And what they bring to the table has been better than my previous carrier by a long shot. Almost 20 yrs with my previous carrier and I’m glad to have made the switch to Really!

I was tired of not having service. It was pure happenstance I came by a REALLY ad, and I gave it a shot. Boy am I glad I switched. As soon as my eSIM was active and I rebooted my phone, I had five bars of service. Not only that, I'm getting super fast download speeds of more than 500Mbps. I've not had a single dropped call and this far haven't been anywhere where I had less than four bars of service. Honestly, if you have a carrier unlocked phone, switch. It's more than worth it!

Great experience with a very responsive and caring support team, namely Wario and the engineering team that took ownership of a provisioning issue with my account. The issue might've taken a number of days to resolve but the care is unmatched.

Really works better than Verizon in the Deep Woods of East Texas. Really happy with the price and customer service.
