Hi Melissa, We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our records show that our support team discussed your concerns with you shortly after your order, and we did not receive any further response from you over the past two months. We assumed the matter was resolved and are sorry if that was not the case. To clarify, under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), ESA letters are valid nationwide as long as they are issued by a licensed mental health professional, regardless of the state where they are licensed. That said, we completely understand that some landlords may have their own policies or misunderstandings about these regulations. If your landlord is requiring an Alabama-licensed therapist, we can review your case and arrange for reassignment to a therapist licensed in your state at no additional cost. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and mention this review so our team can assist you right away. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
