No stars more like. I pay 1p and the next minute they take £29.90 from my account and send me a dodgy “renewal email”‘with no details. I won’t let this drop. My bank has been informed and if I have to go to the ombudsman I will. They need to be stopped! No contract was made. They’ve conned me.

I never signed up for this, yet they still charged me £29.90 for three months. I had to spend my time calling Barclays customer service to get it canceled.

Do not pay a penny I was looking for piano music ended up paying a penny and thought it was for the music!!! Had to cancel my card !! What crooks !!! Awful people

Absolutely shocking! These people are thieves! You manage to click on something by accident and £0.01 goes off your account and within 24 hours £29.90, and a monthly subscription. I have never seen anything like it. Not sure how to say avoid, because they catch you, you don’t go looking. Just be aware.

COMPLETE SCAM . Took a penny then a subscription today of £29.90 never ever heard of this company . My bank Barclays were amazing . I’ve rang them tonight they’ve cancelled my card ordered me a new one and have said this company cannot take another payment now . They are refunding my money within 24 hours . So helpful I feel very grateful but just don’t know how they got my details . This company needs closing down !!!
