I was having trouble with my new phone not getting the best service (calls getting dropped). The team worked diligently to find the problem and make recommendations regarding solutions. They sent timely emails and kept me up to date with their troubleshooting. I will be switching from Reach Verizon to Reach T Mobile in order to access 5G service with our 5G phones. This will also save us money every month and give us more data with the plan I selected. Nadeem was very patient and answered all my questions via online chat. I have ALWAYS received excellent service. Highly recommend this company!!

I'm a Reach customer for the past three years. My phone bill for me and my two children us lower than that of my husband alone on different company. The customer service absolutely rocks: Every time I needed help, I got a helpful and knowledgeable person right away and problems were solved quickly and efficiently. - Today's representative (Meenu) was no exception. I had to get information that was not available online, so I was connected to Zakir via chat. Zakir was very nice and supplied me with what I needed in just a few minutes. I have been with Reach for years and have always been completely happy.

Nadeem was polite, courteous, and quickly took care of my issue! It was such a delightful change from other major cell phone company customer service. And emailing a transcript of the chat right after it was closed is such a great idea! Seems to be a very efficiently organized company.

I am 80 years old, and needed help unlocking my husband's new phone and subsequent questions about retaining his same number.
