We had a great experience using ReachEngine as part of our outbound marketing strategy. The platform made it easy to build targeted prospect lists and launch campaigns to reach new audiences. Throughout our engagement, the ReachEngine team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve our goals. What stood out most was their willingness to collaborate, provide strategic guidance, and optimize our campaigns based on performance. Their support made onboarding and ongoing campaign management straightforward, and they were always quick to answer questions or offer recommendations. I would recommend ReachEngine to organizations looking to expand their reach and work with a team that is committed to their success.

We have worked with Hanji Ranjan and the team at Reach Engine for one year as of July 2026. Reach Engine has been supportive, collaborative, and flexible. The Data Captive team, led by Hanji Ranjan, was very good to work with. They executed a full campaign with several hundred thousand email addresses in a timely fashion with minimal effort on my part. Exactly what I was looking for.

We had a great experience working with Hanji and the ReachEngine team. Hanji was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. From setting up our campaigns, making adjustments to email templates, providing performance updates, and monitoring responses, he was always available and willing to help.

Helpful with entire process, technical set up and ensuring they understand customer desired outcome. ReachEngine communicates effectively with setting expectations and executing with results that are transparent.

What’s working well: There has been good communication, and the ReachEngine team has provided clear value to our project. Opportunities for improvement: It would be helpful to have greater visibility into how the platform works so that, as a client, I can develop a deeper understanding of what actions I can take on my end to help improve campaign results.

ReachEngine has been our dashboard for the past few years and is easy to access, with highly effective charts and graphs to keep our business on track. Working with Shohebali Choudhari has also made this easy and useful. He has hands down been the best partner for us in the organization over our several years of working with the company. He's been instrumental for building better campaigns, providing expert advice and creative problem solving. He's professional and focused so that we land better results, faster.
