Same content, with transitions smoothed so nothing depends on a paragraph break:Ray Tubes designs and manufactures new production vacuum tubes for hi-fi and audiophile amplifiers. Our range covers the classics, including 12AU7, 12AX7, 12AT7, 6SN7, 6SL7, EL84, EL34, KT88, 300B, 2A3, and 5U4, organized into three collections. CORE delivers dependable everyday performance at an accessible price. SELECT applies stricter selection criteria for a lower noise floor and finer detail. RESERVE is our flagship tier, built for the most demanding systems. Most new tubes aren't manufactured with audio in mind. Ours are. We spend twice as long as most manufacturers on the most critical step of production, creating the vacuum inside the tube. Every tube then passes our 7-Step Quality Control Process, which includes electrical measurement, a 24-hour burn-in to weed out early failures, and evaluation by sound engineers in real audio equipment. Matched pairs and quads are measured and matched before they ship. That rigor is why every Ray Tubes product carries a One Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranties are rare in the tube world, where 90 days passes for generous. We put in the work, so we stand behind it. We started Ray Tubes because the modern tube market had become difficult to navigate. Inconsistent quality, unreliable sellers, thin stock. Our tubes give you the classic sound without the hassle. Old-fashioned quality, modern reliability, available at raytubes.audio and through retail partners worldwide.

Hi Marcus, The SELECT 12AU7 is a tube we're proud of, so it's good to hear it delivering in your system. Thanks for writing this. Reach out any time if anything comes up.
I needed to change the power tubes in my Orange Rockerverb Mark III. Did some research and found out about Ray tubes . Contacted them and they told me what to expect from these tubes . Decided to give them a try even though they were more expensive. I am absolutely impressed with the sound it gives my amp. It sounds « plexier ». It also enhanced the bass which gives me more control than ever . I really recommend them.

I had an issue with my matched quad Reserve tubes. Ray Tubes worked with me to get a replacement set quickly. Great service. The tubes are still breaking in, but sound great. Thanks Ray Tubes!

Hi Eric, Good to hear they're opening up. A RESERVE KT88 quad has more to give once burn-in is done, so don't settle on an opinion yet. Thanks for writing this. Reach out any time if anything comes up.
It was a great experience and they have a team that responds quickly and is attentive to requirements.

Hi, Being quick to answer and paying attention to what an account actually needs is most of the job, and it's the part that gets noticed least. Good of you to mention it. Reach out any time if anything comes up.
I purchased a matched pair of Ray Reserve 6SN7's from someone on Audio Mart for use in my LTA Aero DAC. After they arrived and I installed them, all of the front panel lights began flashing indicating a tube fault. The seller assured me the tubes were virtually new, having maybe 40 hours on them, and suggested I contact Ray Tubes as they provide a 1 year transferrable warranty on all of their tubes. After sending a note to Ray Tubes explaining the situation, I received a very warm response, indicating they were familiar with my DAC and that it was a great unit, and that it would very much benefit from the Ray Reserve 6SN7's, and saying they would love to replace the faulty tubes with good ones so I could enjoy all of the sonic pleasures that the DAC was truly capable of producing. They requested a copy of the original receipt, which I obtained from the seller, and after a couple more emails, arrangements were made to send a set of replacement tubes to me. Within a week or so a brand new set of Ray Reserve 6SN7's arrived at my door, which worked perfectly when installed in my DAC and resolved the problem entirely. They also provided a prepaid return shipping label to me via email so I could return the faulty tubes back to them, which I had on their way back a day later... I couldn't be happier with my Ray Reserve 6SN7's or the excellent customer service I received with them honoring their exceptional 1 year transferrable warranty . My DAC sounds exceptional now, and aside from initially discovering the tubes I had purchased didn't work properly right out of the box, everything involved in contacting Ray Tubes and the entire process of getting them replaced with a new properly working pair was a pleasure...! I highly recommend Ray Tubes for both the exceptional sonic qualities of their tubes, as well as their exceptional customer service, and truly world class warranty...!

Hi Glenn, The transferable warranty exists for exactly this. Tubes change hands constantly in this hobby, and a fault inside the first year is ours to sort out regardless of whose name is on the original order. We know the Aero well, and the RESERVE 6SN7 belongs in it, so it's good to know you're hearing what the DAC can actually do. Thanks for writing all that up, Glenn. Reach out any time if anything comes up.
They went above and beyond to replace a pair of tubes that were just under warranty but had been purchased by another person.

Hi David, We were happy to take care of it. A pair that fails inside the year is a pair we want to hear about, and it doesn't matter to us whose name was on the original order. Thanks for the kind words, David. Reach out any time if anything comes up.
Terrific service from Ray Tubes -- prompt response, complete follow-up, and helpful communication along the way. This along with stellar products makes them my go-to source for tubes.
