Hi friends! I have had the privilege of founding over 45 companies! 40 failures, 5 successes and multiple exits. With 30 years in real estate investing, the majority of these companies were founded through real estate, while not being industry related at all.I host The Agent Podcast which caters to real estate professionals, and host The Chicago Podcast, which caters to my local community. I have been in various industries including LED lIghting, consumables, consumer electronics, cabinetry, construction and many more. I live with my wife and 5 kids + 3 dogs in Chicago!Today, my focus is in real estate and entrepreneurship through real estate coaching, authorship and my podcast dedicated to serving agents.

Ray’s coaching is unlike any other. It works on your mind, body, and business. Ray helps you understand that everything is connected and you need to work on yourself to make your business succeed. He also does an amazing job of giving step by step practical advice based on your individual personality. Running your business is not a one size fits all!

The Real Estate Roadmap Challenge left me inspired and motivated to move forward when you saw the techniques work in real life experiences. Would definitely suggest this challenge to any new real estate agent or anyone rebooting their career in real estate. Great experience.
