Thank you so much! 🙏 I really appreciate your kind words and support. I’m very happy to hear that your RAU Filter is working well and without any problems!
Excellent service and a great drum filter! I ordered a drum filter from RAU Filter and I’m really happy with it. But what impressed me the most was the customer service. After delivery, I noticed a small crack in the filter housing. I contacted RAU Filter, and they sent me a new housing and explained clearly how to replace everything. The service was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Honestly, I’ve never experienced customer service like this anywhere else. Just the best. The drum filter itself is also great. It’s pretty simple to use, which is very important to me. I especially like the dual safety system. If something happens with one system, the second one works independently with its own float switch and timer. That gives me a lot of peace of mind. Very happy with my purchase, but I want to mention the service again — really pleasant and personal. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Highly recommend RAU Filter!

A top manufacturer of pond filters! I first ordered a shower filter to check the quality. After seeing how excellent the quality was and how professionally everything was made, I decided to order a Model 30 drum filter and biofilter as well. I was really impressed with the customer service and the genuine care they put into their work. A huge thank you to the RAUfilter team! I wish you continued success. Highly recommended!

We ordered a complete set of filters — a drum filter and a biofilter, Model 50 — for delivery to the USA. The delivery took only 19 days, which was surprisingly fast, and the filters were delivered directly to our home. The courier called us beforehand, made sure we were home, and then completed the delivery. The company’s service team helped us with the installation, provided detailed instructions, and also gave us support over the phone whenever we had questions. I can honestly say that the service was excellent. It is very rare to receive this level of customer support nowadays. Highly recommended!
